Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, boiled in salted water and diced
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. diced celery
4 Tbsp. chopped onions
2 cans sliced water chestnuts
1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. crushed cornflakes
Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients.
Add 1 cup crushed cornflakes.
Mix well.
Pour into buttered casserole dish.
Mix remaining cornflakes with melted butter and sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
