Skillet Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. zucchini (1/4-inch pieces)
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. oleo
    3 c. water
    1/2 tsp. basil
    2 1/4 c. ring macaroni
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Saute zucchini, carrots and onion in oleo until tender.
    Add water and basil; bring to a boil.
    Stir in uncooked rings.
    Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until rings are tender.
    Season to taste.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
