Seafoam Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pear juice
    1 pkg. lime jello
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. coffee cream
    28 oz. pears
    1 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Heat pear juice.
    Add jello and stir until dissolved.
    While still hot, pour juice/jello mixture over the cream cheese which has been blended with 2 tablespoons cream.
    Stir until uniform. Refrigerate until the jello begins to thicken, then add pears which have been mashed with a fork.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Pour into mold and refrigerate until firm.
