Ingredients

4 large potatoes, scrubbed
2 Tbsp. safflower oil
garlic powder as desired
cumin as desired
chili powder as desired
oregano as desired
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Cut potatoes into 1/2-inch strips. Place in strong Ziploc bag along with oil.
Toss in closed bag. Put in single layer on cookie sheet.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle with desired seasoning.
(To remove starch from potatoes, put sliced potatoes in ice water for an hour, then drain and pat dry before mixing with oil.)
