Garden Fresh Chicken Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
    1/3 c. undiluted frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
    1 (12.5 oz.) can Valley Fresh white chicken in water, drained
    4 c. diced, unpeeled red apples
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Blend together mayonnaise and apple juice.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Toss gently to coat.
    Serve chilled.
    Store refrigerated.
    Makes 5 servings.
