Skillet Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon, cut in small pieces
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 tsp. ground mustard
    1/4 c. molasses or brown sugar
    1 c. catsup
    2 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp.
    Remove from pan.
    Fry onion until tender (but not browned).
    Return bacon to pan (drain some of drippings, if desired).
    Add remainder of ingredients and cook and stir over low heat 20 minutes.
    If longer cooking is desired, cover and continue cooking until ready to serve.
    Add water to tomato juice during cooking if too much liquid is boiled away. Stir several times to prevent sticking.
