Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. boiling water
    2 eggs
    2 pkg. regular yeast
    1 c. warm water
    6 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over shortening, sugar and salt.
    Beat until shortening is melted.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm water and add.
    Stir in flour.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Knead well; make into rolls.
    Let rise in warm place for 2 hours.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Dough will keep in refrigerator for 10 days.
