Crab Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. crab meat or imitation crab meat, diced
1 large green pepper, seeded and diced
1 medium onion, diced
6 eggs, hard-boiled and minced
3 celery stalks with leaves, diced
mayonnaise
pickle juice
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients, ending with a mixture of 1/2 cup mayonnaise, stirring into 1/4 cup pickle juice or to taste.
Refrigerate at least 3 hours for the flavors to blend.
Before serving, add salt and pepper to taste.
