Marinated Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
    1/4 c. green pepper strips
    1/4 c. Italian dressing
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower according to directions on package and drain. Combine cauliflower and remaining ingredients; stir well.
    Cover and chill for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
    Serve on lettuce leaves.
    Yields 2 servings.
