Cranberry Spice Nut Bread - cooking recipe

1/2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. lemon extract
3 c. biscuit mix
1 c. fresh cranberries, chopped
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine sugar,\tmilk and egg.
Add salt, ginger, cinnamon, lemon
extract
and
biscuit
mix; beat until well mixed. Fold in cranberries
and
nuts.
Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Bake in moderate
oven
at\t350\u00b0 for 60 to 65 minutes.
Remove from pan; cool before slicing.
