Canned Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 bushel tomatoes
2 garlic bulbs
3 green peppers
3 lb. onions
1 pt. cooking oil
8 small cans tomato paste
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. salt
1 tsp. basil
1 Tbsp. oregano
Preparation

Cook tomatoes in hot water bath.
Remove peeling.
Quarter and put in large canning pot.
Cook tomatoes and garlic until tender. Chop peppers and onions.
Add with spices and cook on medium-low until thickened.
Pour into containers and turn upside-down.
They will seal on their own!
