Rhubarb Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    2/3 c. oil
    1 egg
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. rhubarb
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake for 60 minutes at 325\u00b0. You may sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon of butter over top before baking.
