Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 chicken breasts, broiled or grilled and coarsely chopped
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    3 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. sherry
    salt and pepper to taste
    40 Ritz crackers, crushed
    2 Tbsp. poppy seeds
    6 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Spread chicken in a 9 x 13 baking pan. Mix soup, sour cream, sherry, salt and pepper in a bowl. Combine cracker crumbs and poppy seeds in bowl. Mix well. Layer soup mixture and crumb mixture over chicken. Drizzle with butter. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve with noodles or rice.
