Sara'S Apple Chip Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, well beaten
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    3 c. apples, peeled and chopped
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine oil, sugar and eggs in large bowl.
    Sift flour, salt and soda together.
    Add to mixture.
    Add apples, nuts and vanilla. Bake in jelly roll pan or 2 (9-inch) layer pans at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
