Tuna Jackstraw Casserole(Delicious And Quick!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) can shoestring potatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1/4 c. pimiento, chopped
    1 small can peas
Preparation
    Reserve 1 cup shoestring potatoes for top.
    Combine remaining potatoes with other ingredients.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Arrange reserved potatoes on top.
    Bake uncovered in 375\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
