Special Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder and salt together; set aside.
In large bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.
Add flour mixture alternately with milk, beating by hand just enough to dampen.
Add blueberries. Grease and flour muffin pans.
Grease top of pan also.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes.
Makes 12 (3-inch) muffins.
