Frozen Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 pkg. frozen broccoli (10 oz. pkg.)
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 thin onion slices (white onion; I use more)
Preparation

Cook broccoli until barely tender; drain and chop in fairly large pieces.
Combine with onion slices.
Mix other ingredients together and pour over broccoli and onion.
Top with cracker crumbs and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
