Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 eggs
    4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. diced onion
    2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    2 chopped scallions
    1 large garlic clove, minced
    2 1/4 c. catsup
    1 (12 oz.) jar Damson plum preserves
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    In a bowl mix ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs, cheese, oregano, onion and garlic powder with 2 tablespoons mustard.
    Shape into 1 1/2-inch meatballs.
    Arrange balls in a shallow baking pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
