Honey Fruit Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. fruit juice (grapefruit)
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. pineapple juice
    1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation
    In saucepan, heat together grapefruit juice, pineapple juice and orange peel.
    Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored.
    Very slowly add hot juices while beating eggs constantly.
    Return mixture to saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring until thickened. Cool slightly.
    Cover and chill.
    Just before serving, fold in whipped cream.
    Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
