Escalloped Apples - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. tart cooking apples
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation

Pare, core and thinly slice apples.
Arrange in 3 layers in buttered casserole.
Sprinkle each layer with sugar and dot with oleo.
Cover and cook in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until apples are tender.
Serve warm with ice cream.
