Sausage Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. smoked sausage, cut in 1/2-inch slices
1 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 (5.5 oz.) box au gratin potato mix
2 1/2 c. hot water
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 medium carrots, cut in 2-inch slices
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Combine sausage and onion in oil and cook 5 minutes.
Stir in potatoes, water, pepper and carrots; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in broccoli and cheese.
Cover; cook 5 to 10 minutes more.
