Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour, sifted
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix together and cook in beef or chicken broth.
    Cook, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
    Then cook, covered, for 5 minutes.
