Gary'S Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium potato
    powdered sugar
    peanut butter (creamy)
Preparation
    Peel and boil potato.
    When soft, remove and place in mixing bowl.
    Mash potato.
    After mashed, add powdered sugar to make dough.
    Once you have a stiff dough, sprinkle powdered sugar onto flat surface and roll out dough to about 1/4-inch thick.
    Cover top with peanut butter.
    Roll up like a jelly roll.
    When drier, slice roll.
