No Peek Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts (cut up chicken can be used)
    1 c. uncooked instant rice (more may be used if desired)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix (as desired)
Preparation
    Mix mushroom and chicken soup, milk and rice.
    Pour small amount into greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish until bottom is covered.
    Place chicken pieces on mixture.
    Pour remaining mixture over chicken.
    Sprinkle onion soup over top.
    Cover tight with foil.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 2 1/2 hours.
    No peeking.
