Fresh Vegetable Party Tray - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage
    2 to 3 medium yellow squash, sliced
    2 to 3 cucumbers, sliced
    5 carrots, cut in 3-inch sticks
    1 small head cauliflower, separated into flowerets
    radish roses
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Green Goddess dressing, chilled
Preparation
    Trim the bottom of cabbage so it will stand level.
    Cut a 3-inch deep square in cabbage, leaving a 1-inch thick shell.
    Lift square out to form a
    well.
    Place cabbage on a large serving plate, carefully folding outer leaves flat on plate.
    Arrange vegetables around cabbage.
    Just before serving, fill cabbage with dressing.
    Serve as an appetizer.
    Yields 8 to 10 servings.
