Mississippi Mud Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cold half and half, light cream or milk
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 Tbsp. instant coffee
    1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
    1 pkg. chocolate crumb crust
    fudge sauce
Preparation
    Pour first ingredient in a large bowl.
    Add pudding mix and instant coffee.
    Beat with wire whisk or mixer for one minute. Let stand 5 minutes.
    Fold in Cool Whip.
    Spoon into chocolate crust.
    Freeze until firm (about 6 hours).
    Remove from freezer. Let stand 10 minutes to soften.
    Top with fudge sauce.
