Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. biscuit mix
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Knead in a bowl to mix ingredients. Make into balls.
    Very lightly grease a baking sheet.
    Drain grease that builds up while cooking several times.
    When a light golden brown, they are done.
    Put 2 layers of paper towels on baking sheet.
    Put sausage balls on the paper towel to soak up the grease.
