Caramel Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. butter
    pinch of salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sweet milk
    2 egg yolks
Preparation
    Mix sugar, sour cream, butter and salt in a skillet.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until brown as you like.
    When brown enough, stir in flour.
    Let cool some.
    Pour in sweet milk.
    Put back and heat.
    Let cook until it begins to thicken.
    Then add egg yolks (well beaten).
    Let cook until thick as you like.
    Pour into a baked pie crust.
    Put egg whites on top.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
