Easy Baked Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    approximately 1 large baking potato per person
    1/2 to 1 stick margarine
    sliced, diced or grated onion (onion powder may be substituted)
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly spray a 2-quart casserole dish with vegetable oil spray.
    Wash, peel or leave unpeeled and cube potatoes into 1-inch pieces.
    Place potatoes in dish.
    Cube margarine and place in dish with potatoes.
    Add onion.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover and bake for approximately 40 minutes or until fork-tender.
