Ingredients

1 c. Minute brand oats (instant oatmeal)
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
6 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 (3 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 c. whipped cream
1/3 c. powdered sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
assorted fresh or canned fruits, well drained (peach slices, strawberries, bananas and kiwi fruit)
shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)
Preparation

Stir together the oats, flour, 1/2 cup cheese and butter. Press onto a greased pizza pan.
Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
Cool.
Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Blend in whipping cream, powdered sugar and vanilla; beat until thickened. Spread cream cheese mixture onto crust.
Arrange fruit pieces into attractive pattern onto pizza.
Sprinkle with additional Cheddar cheese, if desired.
Refrigerate until serving time.
Makes one 12-inch pizza.
