Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ripe tomatoes, cored and roughly chopped
    1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
    1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
    1 jalapeno pepper, minced
    kosher salt to taste
    freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a small bowl, mix together the tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, and cilantro.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Mix. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside for 1 hour.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
