Sausage Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground hot pork sausage
    4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick or BixMix
Preparation
    Let sausage come to room temperature.
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0. With hands, combine sausage and cheese together in a bowl.
    Add Bisquick and blend thoroughly.
    Roll into just smaller than golf ball-size balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
    Makes about 45.
    Freezes wonderfully!
