Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 box light brown sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. smooth or crunchy peanut butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 box powdered sugar
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, melt butter.
    Stir in brown sugar and milk.
    Bring to a boil.
    Boil and stir 2 minutes.
    Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
    Mix in powdered sugar. Beat until smooth.
    Spread into buttered 9-inch baking pan.
    Chill until firm.
    Cut into squares.
    Makes 3 1/2 pounds.
