Great Beer Batter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. beer, at room temperature
1/4 c. oil
Preparation

Mix ingredients; let stand at room temperature for 1/2 hour. Heat oil in deep fryer to 375\u00b0.
Use chicken, fish, shrimp or vegetables.
Dip in batter; cover evenly.
Place in hot oil and fry until golden.
