Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts or whole chicken
    1 pkg. Doritos chips
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 medium onion
    1 bell pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Boil chicken and debone.
    Dip chips in chicken broth; layer in bottom of baking dish, then a layer of cheese, layer of onion and layer of bell pepper.
    Continue layers if desired; sprinkle with excess cheese.
    Pour Ro-Tel tomatoes over casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Mix cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soup with water before pouring over casserole.
