Corn And Corned Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. minced onion
3 Tbsp. butter
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
2 c. cooked, diced potatoes
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 1/4 c. White House evaporated milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. shredded American cheese
Preparation

Cook onion until tender in 1 tablespoon butter.
Combine with corned beef (broken into small pieces), potatoes, 1/2 cup evaporated milk, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
Press against sides and bottom of shallow 2-quart casserole dish.
Melt remaining butter in skillet; blend in flour and remaining salt and pepper.
Gradually add liquid from corn and rest of milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
Add corn and pour into lined casserole dish.

Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in moderate oven 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
