Swans Island Hot Lobster Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 lb. (1 c.) Maine lobster meat diced
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/2 tsp. cream style horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash pepper
    1/3 c. toasted slivered almonds or cashew halves
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese with milk.\tAdd all other ingredients except almonds.
    Blend well.
    Spoon into oven proof dish.
    Sprinkle with almonds.
    Bake 15 minutes @ 375\u00b0.
