Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. crumbs
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    2 tsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. salmon liquid plus milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt butter; remove from heat.
    Stir in flour until smooth. Add salmon-milk liquid.
    Cook until thickened.
