Parmesan Meat Loaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    1/3 c. tomato juice
    1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together lightly.
    Shape into about 5 or 6 loaf shaped patties, not too flat.
    Place on lightly greased baking sheet.
    Bake about 20 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven.
    Remove to platter.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and slice stuffed olives. These freeze very well and are great to have on hand so double or triple the recipe.
