Hot Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. ground bell pepper
    1/2 c. ground hot pepper
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1 bottle Certo
    food coloring (red, green or yellow)
Preparation
    Combine peppers, sugar and vinegar.
    Boil until tender, about 3 minutes.
    Strain and bring juice to a hard boil.
    Add Certo and food coloring.
    Boil 1 minute.
    Add peppers.
    Pour into jars and seal.
    This is delicious on peas, beans, meats or cheese and crackers.
