Cream Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter (1/2 stick)
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. boiling water
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Melt butter in boiling water in saucepan.
Turn heat low and add flour and salt all at once, stirring vigorously, until mixture leaves sides of pan in a smooth, compact mass.
Remove from heat. Quickly beat in eggs, one at a time, beating mixture until smooth and stiff.
Drop by heaping tablespoons 2-inches apart on greased cookie sheet, shaping into rounds with point in center, using a wet spoon.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 5 minutes, then at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Fill with whipped cream or pudding.
