Creamed Leeks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 tsp. corn oil margarine
1 lb. leeks (white part only), coarsely chopped (4 c.)
1/4 c. low-fat milk
Preparation

Heat margarine in a skillet and add the leeks.
Cook, covered, for 3 minutes.
Add the milk and reduce until the liquid disappears.
Per serving: 85 calories, 1 mg cholesterol, 2 g fat, 30 mg sodium.
