French Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 c. water
    8 beef bouillon cubes
    1/2 c. apple wine
    3 sliced onions
    1/4 lb butter
Preparation
    Saute onions with wine and butter.
    Add other ingredients and simmer for 1/2 hour.
    Serve with sour dough slices.
    Spread parmesan cheese over slices of bread.
