Old-Fashioned Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. water
2 sticks butter or margarine
4 Tbsp. or more cocoa
2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Bring the first 3 ingredients to a boil; set aside.
Mix flour and sugar together.
Pour hot mixture over dry ingredients, then add eggs, buttermilk and vanilla.
Put in prepared sheet cake pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
