Beef Bourguignon(Beef Burgundy) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices bacon, diced
3 lb. sirloin tip roast
1 1/2 c. flour, seasoned with 2 tsp. freshly ground salt and 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
4 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans beef consomme
2 large onions, sliced
3 c. dry red Burgundy
