Old Fashioned Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large cabbage
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. vinegar
Preparation

Scoop out the center section of the cabbage, leaving only a shell.
Shred remaining cabbage and soak in ice water for 30 minutes.
Drain and dry thoroughly.
