Pumpkin Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
1 c. pumpkin
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. softened margarine
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine pumpkin, sugar, milk and eggs.
Add dry ingredients and butter.
Mix well.
Stir in nuts and spread in well-greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
