Potatoes Paprika - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium potatoes
4 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
1 clove minced garlic
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
1 large chopped tomato (approximately 1 1/2 c.)
2 c. water
Preparation

Peel potatoes and cut as for French fries.
Heat oil in a large saucepan and add onion and garlic.
Cook gently until onion is transparent.
Stir in the paprika and potatoes.
Season with salt and cook for a few seconds while stirring.
Add the water, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the bell pepper and tomato. Cover and simmer until potatoes are just tender (approximately 10 to 15 minutes).
Serve with mild Polish or Italian sausage.
