Ingredients

1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated fine
2 sticks butter
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream together cheese and butter.
Add pecans, salt and pepper.
Mix in flour.
Roll out into a log and chill overnight. Slice thin and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
