Ingredients

1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Beat vigorously and then knead.
Let the dough rest for 5 minutes. Then pat and spread the dough on a lightly greased cookie sheet or pizza pan.
Spread with your favorite pizza sauce and toppings. Bake at 425\u00b0 about 15 to 20 minutes.
